Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in any program offered by Sacred Soulmates LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the Elevate and Bloom coaching programs (“Program,” “Service”).

By enrolling in or participating in any of our coaching services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

Our coaching programs are designed to help Muslim men and women prepare for and navigate marriage in alignment with Islamic values. Coaching is a process that involves guidance, support, and education — it is not a replacement for therapy or counseling.

Participation requires openness, commitment, and respect for the process.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Be mentally sound and emotionally ready to engage in coaching.

Agree to uphold Islamic adab (good character) and confidentiality within group settings.

We reserve the right to decline participation if a client’s conduct conflicts with our values or disrupts the community environment.

3. Payments and Refunds

Program fees are due in full or via installment plans as outlined at the time of purchase.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

By enrolling, you authorize Sacred Soulmates to process your payment information for recurring billing (if applicable).

Failure to complete payments will result in removal from the program without refund or access reinstatement.

Note: We believe in transparency and fairness — if you face genuine hardship, contact us directly and we will review your case with compassion.

4. Coaching Relationship

Coaching provides accountability, perspective, and education — it does not guarantee marriage, spouse selection, or specific outcomes.

The coach’s role is to provide tools and guidance; your results depend on your effort, consistency, and adherence to Islamic principles.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the coaching process.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

All private coaching sessions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, or criminal activity).

Group settings require mutual respect and discretion — what is shared by other participants must remain private.

Recordings, screenshots, or sharing of program materials without permission are strictly prohibited.

6. Community Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain Islamic manners in speech, behavior, and interaction.
Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct (including harassment or vulgarity) may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

We maintain a safe, faith-centered environment for all members.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials — including videos, worksheets, templates, and written content — are owned by Project Illumination LLC a DBA of Sacred Soulmates.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own educational use only.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

While we provide education rooted in Islamic values, our coaching services are not a substitute for religious rulings (fatwas), professional counseling, or legal advice.
You are encouraged to consult qualified scholars, therapists, or legal professionals when needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Soulmates and its coaches shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation in the program.
Your engagement in coaching is voluntary and at your own discretion.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you are in a private coaching package:

Missed or late sessions without notice will be forfeited.

Group sessions are scheduled in advance and cannot be individually rescheduled.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation if a client:

Violates Islamic ethics or program policies

Engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior

Misses payments or breaches this agreement

No refunds will be issued for termination based on misconduct or policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
